My last week of school

A strange week.

I get three days of Italian lessons and in between they get an hour of lessons from me on spices and non-Mediterranean herbs. Lol 😂

This is so much fun, we are having such a good time smelling and tasting. What a fun way to finish.

With my diploma in my pocket, I say goodbye with the agreement that I will come and give cooking lessons with my herbs and spices on Wednesday, from 12 to 14 hours.

Agreed!

Hilarious, there I am again with all the ingredients. My pupils are very different in age and nationality.
I decided to make two dishes with chicken. One in European style and one in Asian style. We cook with great pleasure and the questions fly all around me.
This is great fun once again.
